One benefit of using recycled and regenerated fabrics is that it reduces the demand for virgin materials.
TAILORED TO OUR ENVIRONMENT
Effortlessly confident, the three sweatshirts – Unisex sustainable sweatshirt (HB840), Unisex sustainable hoodie (HB841) and Unisex sustainable ¼-zip sweatshirt (HB842) – are made from 60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester in a heavyweight 300gsm brushed-back fleece. One benefit of recycled cotton material is that it utilises pre-consumer fabric waste that would otherwise be disposed of as production waste. This is then blended with recycled polyester created by post-consumer PET plastic bottles to create strength, durability and resilience in the fabric. These styles are available in core colours (Black, Heather Grey and Navy), suited to teams across
all industries. The sizes range from XS to 4XL in a unisex fit, while the fabric surface is ideal for adding branding through embroidery or print.

As Henbury advances in its sustainability journey, changes have been made across the company. For instance, the company has reduced its shirt packaging by 77%, while all packaging has been redesigned to be unbendable and resealable, so customers can forward it to the end user. In addition, all marketing materials are created using FSC-
certified and carbon-balanced papers that are unlaminated, to aid recycling.
